2. What You Can Complain About

• Content on the Platform that you believe is unlawful or violates our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Impersonation, harassment, or content showing you without consent.
• Your personal data, privacy, or a decision taken on your account (suspension, removal of content).
• Payments, Coins and refunds.

3. How to Complain

Email grievance@publicruling.com with: your name and registered phone number or email, a link or description of the content or issue, why you are complaining, and any supporting documents. You can also report content directly in the app using the Report option.

4. Timelines

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
• We resolve complaints within 15 days of receipt.
• Content that exposes a person's private areas, shows them in sexual acts, or is an impersonation in electronically modified form (including deepfakes) is acted upon within 24 hours of a complaint by that person or someone on their behalf.

5. Appeals

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India within 30 days of our decision. For complaints about personal data, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
