By creating an account or using Public Ruling (the "Platform") — via our mobile apps or this website — you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Refunds & Cancellations Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by VOXGRID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U58200UW2026PTC258640), registered office: F-22, Madhav Puri Colony, Maholi Road, Mathura – 281004, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these Terms, "Public Ruling", "we" and "us" refer to this company.
Public Ruling is a public-opinion platform: users post debate topics, vote (Agree/Disagree), argue in comments, record video reactions, take part in one-on-one debates, and watch The Show. Opinions on the Platform belong to their authors — they are not the views of Public Ruling.
You own what you post. By posting, you grant Public Ruling a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and adapt your content for operating and promoting the Platform (including share-cards and previews). You represent that you have the rights to everything you post, including attached documents and video.
No unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, spam, vote-manipulation, bot activity, or attempts to game rankings, rewards, or debates. The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms; violations can lead to content removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination — with an appeal path described in the Guidelines.
Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for complying with our ad policies and applicable law (including political-ad rules). Sponsored content is labelled.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Public Ruling is not liable for user content, for outcomes of debates or polls, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of India; courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law. Contact: legal@publicruling.com.
