Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. What You Can Buy

Public Ruling sells Coins — a virtual, in-app credit used for boosts, promotions and tips. Coins are digital goods that are credited to your Wallet immediately after a successful payment. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

2. Purchases Made in the iPhone or Android App

Purchases made inside the app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests for these purchases must be made to Apple or Google under their own policies. If Apple or Google refunds a purchase, the Coins from that purchase are removed from your Wallet; if they have already been used, the balance is recovered from your next Coin purchase.

3. Purchases Made on This Website (Razorpay)

Because Coins are delivered instantly, website purchases are generally non-refundable once the Coins are credited. We will refund you in full in these cases:

• Charged but Coins not credited — if your payment succeeded but Coins did not reach your Wallet. In most cases this is fixed automatically; if not, write to us and we will either credit the Coins or refund the amount.
• Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Unauthorised transaction — if a purchase was made without your permission and you report it to us within 30 days.
• Any other case where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Boosts, Promotions and Pledges

Coins used for a boost or promotion are held when you start it. If the boost or promotion fails to start, the held Coins are returned to your Wallet automatically. Once a boost or promotion has started and delivered, the Coins used are not refundable.

5. Gifts and Tips

Coins gifted or tipped to another user are transferred to that user and cannot be reversed, except where the transfer was unauthorised or fraudulent.

6. Cancellations

A Coin purchase cannot be cancelled after payment is completed, because the Coins are delivered immediately. If you buy any recurring plan in future, you may cancel it at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and the current period is not refunded unless required by law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@publicruling.com with your registered phone number or email, the payment/order ID, the date and amount, and a short description. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–7 business days to show the amount.
